We carefully raise our beef without the use of hormones, antibiotics, artificial growth enhancers,
medications or chemicals of any kind. Our Black Angus beef cattle are raised on pesticide and herbicide free pastures, and
are allowed to graze all year long. We use only natural management practices to raise our herd with as little human intervention
as possible. The mommies are allowed to naturally wean their calves how and when they see fit and the herd is allowed to stay
together to promote their natural instincts and maintain a low stress life.
Contrary to popular belief, grass fed
beef is more flavorful and healthier than conventionally raised beef, and it is just as tender. We do not believe in the use
of feed lots or confinements for raising animals. The cattle we raise are on clean chemical free pastures all year long, receive
the finest organic mineral supplements and we harvest the best grass hay for them to eat through the winter.
