At Blue Heron Organics & Natural Products customer service is something you don't have to worry about. We believe in dealing with each customer as an individual, so we do not have set rules. At every turn we are striving to improve and make things better for you, if there is a better way to ship a product we will find it, and you will benefit first. For example if we can ship a package Priority mail for just a few cents more we will do it at no additional cost to you, and if there is a flat rate option that will save you money, we will use it and you will receive a refund for any savings we find. We also make every attempt to minimize packaging, so we may be able to condense orders into less boxes than the shipping calculator allows for, if so we will refund the overage to you immediately as well. We also use as many recycled materials as possible in our packing and shipping, like the Corru-Fill® recycled cardboard packing material we use.
