For a tasty marinara, lightly simmer half of a small diced onion in a half cup of organic extra virgin olive oil, before the onion starts to brown add 2-3 cloves organic garlic (minced), a large jar of organic tomatoes, a pinch of sea salt and a half teaspoon of organic oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve over fully cooked organic whole wheat pasta.
