When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day, and whenever possible we ship orders the same day.


What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


How will my order arrive?

We ship most of our orders USPS, but we do use FedEx for heavier packages.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, E-check, or money order.


Is my information secure?

YES, all of the information we collect to process your order is collected through our secure server.


Does anyone else have access to my information?

NO, all of your information is kept in the strictest confidence and is never shared with anyone.


Will my name, e-mail address, etc. ever be sold?

NO, we do not believe in sharing your private information with anyone except the shipper who will deliver your package, and they are only given the most basic information.


Do you accept special order requests for items you don’t normally carry?

We strive to provide the best customer service possible, and if that means making a special order we will do it. If there are any products you would like to see us carry, simply let us know. We are here to serve you.


What if I don’t want to place my information online?

Call us toll-free at 1-877-942-6187 to speak to a live person. We will gladly accept your order over the phone.


Do you carry any other items besides what is in the online store?

We are constantly looking for new high-quality items, and whenever we find them you will see them online. We try to make everything we sell available online except perishables, which we only sell locally (Iowa).


How do you decide what types of products to carry?

We personally test and use all of the products we carry to make sure they are of the utmost quality. We never want to sell a substandard product. Everything in our store is fresh, new, unopened and of the best quality we can find.


What kind of packing materials do you use?

We try whenever possible to use renewable, recycled, or reclaimed products when we ship. Any of the packing peanuts you may receive from us have been saved and reused - they are not new. We also recycle and reuse boxes and cushioning whenever possible; however, we will not use anything that will risk damage to your order. We are constantly looking for new recycled and renewable packing materials, so if you have any suggestions please let us know.


Do you ship internationally?

We do ship most of our items internationally. Due to the varied sizes and weights of the products, we personally calculate international shipping charges. If you are interested in a shipping quote please feel free to e-mail us at questions@blueheronorganics.com.
